Oh my, so many pirates have told me I look really nice.
They may not have used the words "really nice", but that's what they meant.
But none of them can offer me what I need. They can't promise to always be there for me, to love me.

I got an Email message from Loz, in response to an online journal message I sent to anybody about spending some time together if anybody had some spare time... It's just been so quiet and lonely with all those people missing, and I was hoping...
So... I was pretty excited when Loz sent me a message almost right away saying he'd come chocobo riding with me ^_^
We set up a time, via Email (and I was also excited that he was Emailing, since maybe he wasn't actually one of the missing ones!), and I went to meet him, but he never showed up.
Strange, though, that his chocobo did.
I know his chocobo couldn't have sent that Email from his account - that would be... silly.
But... I don't get it. Maybe somebody hacked in to his account and let his chocobo out and led it to me as some sort of horrible prank.
Who would do such a thing?
Maybe... maybe he just forgot. Maybe he went camping and forgot to tell everyone.
Locke disappears often too. And Setzer. But...
...
I miss everybody.

It's been so quiet here at the mall since all those people went missing. I guess a lot of them must have been the life of the party.
But where could they have gone?
I... I miss them. And.. it's so quiet. I feel like I need to see someone.
Would anybody like to spend some time together?

I have talked with some vampires and tried to talk to some werewolves, just to get an idea of where each of them stand. Werewolves seem nice enough in human form, but as soon as they turn in to werewolves they just attack everything, growl, eat, and act like animals!
Vampires, on the other hand, seem to have the ability to think just as well as, if not better than, when they were humans.
(OOC: Never seen or read Twilight, so I'm just going from OTHER vampire/werewolf stories to get an idea of what they're like :P)
So, considering the circumstances, I decided to team with...
The werewolves.
It seems crazy, but they're just acting on instinct in that form, trying to survive. Not to mention, they have some ability to keep themselves in check. They just need a strong will. Maybe I'll be able to help some of them... prevent them from hurting everyone around them.
I'm going to try to keep this war to as few casualties as possible. If there are evil ones who really do enjoy taking lives, then I will stop them. Anyone else, I'll try to help them realize that it's wrong. If I could do it, I hope they can as well.
... Gau has also been werewolf'ed. I couldn't bring myself to fight my adopted brother. But I will try to keep him in check.

The smell of my apartment right now may not be good (I'm sure you're all experiencing this), but at least I've learned to not mind it so much. Of course, I've been able to work with chocobos for so long, I guess I just got used to it. But it's really not so bad, and I'm sure you'll all get used to it as well if you haven't already.
Some people I know jokingly call it "Nature's Perfume". Probably none of us think of it as "perfume", but there are definitely worse smells out there.

The chocobos got in to my cereal this morning. I guess they really enjoy the dried fruit and nuts in it.
Oh, speaking of these guys, I finally learned this other one's name. CALV. Kind of a cute name ^_^ But apparently it's wrong if it's not all capitalized when written out. Hm...

There's so much noise here at Your Chocobo's Paradise this afternoon! We've been drilling and hammering for hours. The chocobos in the store next door must hate it! But at least Jihl offered to take the ones from in here off our hands for a few hours. I'm sure they wouldn't have been able to handle all of this.
I've been betting (just to myself) on which chocobos would win which races, and so far I've been right three times. It's just too bad I didn't actually put any money on it! ^^'
If only I could be that lucky when I actually have something on the races.
We'll, we're almost done putting up all the new stables and pens. I'd better get back to work!

I just found out something about Dakoimo that I have never known!
She actually loves heights! When I took her up to my apartment, she couldn't get enough! She'd go outside, run to the edge (terrifying for me!), look over, and then start singing and dancing, then run to another edge. She must love the view. When I took her in for the night, she fell asleep while staring out the window. How cute!
This other chocobo, though... I didn't manage to catch his name this morning either, but he doesn't care as much for the view as Dakoimo does. At least he's not scared of heights, though.
